Founded in 2011, The Chicken Shack is owned and operated by Alan and Ann Spence and Reva West of Lexington, Texas. Their entrepreneurial spirit and trust in the Lord to guide their lives, helped them take a step of faith in following their dreams of opening a business together. Combining their talents and mutual love for cooking, the opening of a chicken takeout restaurant has been both fun and challenging.
